ICDX tin price movement until the third week of November was observed to be stable with the lowest price touching $39,075 per MT and the highest price reaching $40.105 per MT. The tight supply amid the recovering demand after the pandemic has been the main catalyst that has driven the increase in tin prices since the beginning of the year.

The COFR rupiah crude oil contract ended the last session of last week with a sharp daily correction, after meeting important resistance – finally recording a weekly correction of 0.89% to the level of Rp 1,155,800,- per barrel. A number of different important sentiments influenced the movement of oil prices last week, starting with the focus from OPEC+ and Aramco, to the release of US inflation data on Friday which gave a boost to the USD.
Weekly Report
Having faced a pullback correction ahead of the turn of the week, the crude palm oil (CPOTR) contract which was previously in rally mode finally closed its one-week session with the remaining slight gains of 0.85% - moving to the level of Rp 18,185,- per kg. The catalyst that was previously exploited from the sentiment of rising demand that was not matched by the presence of supply, as well as the direct impact of the rally in oil prices – was significantly faded by a combination of profit-taking and negative turn-around news from one of the main producers of CPO – namely Malaysia.
Weekly Report
GOLDUD closed last week's fluctuations with a slight correction of 0.59% to the level of $ 1,793.60 per Troy Ounce. Despite the broad market mood still favoring gold to remain firm lately, the impact of a rebound in the US Dollar is unavoidable and challenges investors ahead of this week's key data/events. However, the latest foundation for gold prices not to plunge further can be attributed to market concerns about the end of the stimulus policies launched during the pandemic. Also, it should be noted that US stimulus hopes and some of the world's major central banks also appeared in the press, acting as additional catalysts which at least contributed to the foundation for gold prices.
