Qualification:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field, but we're particularly keen on those from Economic, Management, Business, Engineering, or Legal backgrounds.
• GPA minimum 3.30 (scale of 4.00).
• Fresh graduate or have a maximum working experience of 2 years.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Have a desire to learn continuously and develop themselves
• Fast learner and proactive
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse teams and tasks
• Willing to WFO

Your Role:

• As an MDP participant, your primary role will be to immerse yourself in our company. You'll learn about our product development, operational systems, rules, and standard operating procedures.
• You'll also get hands-on experience with project management and development, playing a vital role in our growth.
