Jakarta, March 7, 2023-Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month 2023 was officially opened by the Minister of Trade, Zulkifli Hasan. This activity is a series of events initiated by the Ministry of Trade's Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) in collaboration with the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Association (Aspebtindo).

The Minister of Trade, during the opening of the Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month, said that CoFTRA continues to strengthen the Commodity Futures Trading ecosystem in order to build a good image for the Commodity Futures Trading industry. Equally important, protection of the community is the main thing so that the Commodity Futures Trading industry can provide broad benefits and maintain public trust.

The Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month, which was held this year, had the main objective of increasing public understanding of the Commodity Futures Trading industry so that it could develop even better from time to time. Synergy and collaboration among all stakeholders are needed for the smooth running of this Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month.

The Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (ICDX) is taking part in assisting the implementation of the Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month activities, one of which is sharing information related to Commodity Futures Trading through its various social media channels. The cooperation of various parties through the Commodity Futures Trading Literacy Month is expected to open access for the wider community to find information related to the Commodity Futures Trading industry, so that a fair, safe and transparent Commodity Futures Trading industry can be created.
