Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Human Resource, Management, or related field.
  • 2 years experience as training development
  • Public speaking skills
  • Attention to detail, organize, and well structured
  • Competence on compiling training syllabus
  • Competence on create a curriculum/ syllabus for training
  • In depth knowledge of TNA (Syllabus, curriculum)

Job Description:

  • Interview and collect from Head Department about all training need program
  • Ensure all training activities are linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Monitor attendance at training class
  • Meets regulary with employee about progress their training and their concerns
  • Develop specific training; learning activities, materials, instructor etc
  • Create training & development reports and evaluation
  • Manage budget in alignment with human resources
