About The Role:

As part of Indonesia Commodities and Derivatives Exchange Human Resources team, you will help in delivering recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing company and ensure our hiring process efficiently, and you will be responsible for developing and managing our internal training programs for all of our employees. Here's the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Min. Bachelor degree in any field
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Behavioral Event Interview
• Knowledge in TNA (training needs analysis) and training curriculum.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and develop internal training programs.
• Manage end to end recruitment processes from sourcing (job portal, linkedin, or other media), interview, and negotiation.
• Manage on-boarding activities for new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Manage company's job description databases.
• Improve company's attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
