The Exchange is approved and licensed under SK BAPPEBTI Number: 26/BAPPEBTI/KP/6/2009 to provide a fair, orderly and transparent market under the Law. These Rules is to ensure protection to the public and its Members. The Exchange also undertakes surveillance, supervision and enforcement actions to ensure compliance with these Rules. To the extent that the markets function in an efficient manner, the Exchange is guided by principles of integrity, fair dealing, due diligence and corporate governance.
