
Fenny Widjaja is recognized as one of Indonesia’s most prominent business figures and brings both a wealth of business experience and strategic leadership skills to ICDX. After completing his degree in industrial engineering at UC Berkley in 1978 Fenny began his career as a coconut oil trader. In 1984, he founded PT HadekaFeedmill, a feed meal company that utilizes sugar cane and corn as the raw materials for cattle feed products that are exported to Japan and Korea.
Fenny’s major achievements include the successful deployment of the Indonesian online national driving license project where the systems and processes he implemented have enabled Indonesia to issue driving licenses country-wide. To date Indonesia has issued 200 million licenses through the systems and processes Fenny and his team implemented. Following this major success Fenny was subsequently awarded the first biometric passport issuance project by the office of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.
Fenny serves as a director on the board of PT. Pelangi Lestari Uni Sejahtera, a holding company that is both a residential property business as well as an owner of a significant palm oil plantation in Kalimantan. His other business interests have included financial structuring, information technology and security related documentation.
Hasanuddin Massaile brings a significant amount of logistics experience to the ICDX Board. He currently serves as the Commissioner of PT. Pelni, a state-owned Indonesian shipping company, that provides transportation services for both passengers and goods across the Indonesian archipelago.
Hassanudin earned his doctorate degree in Governance from University Padjajaran and began his career in the Department of Justice and Human Rights. Between 2000 and 2006, Hassanudin served as the Secretary General of the Department of Justice and Human Rights. Under his leadership, the Department introduced and implemented a number of country-wide policies and initiatives that have been recognized to improve services across Indonesia. He currently serves as an advisor to the Minister of the Department of Justice and Human Rights.
Dibyo Widodo has had a distinguished career in commodity related industries in Indonesia. In addition his extensive business interests and experience across a range of industries allows Dibyo to contribute significantly to the ICDX story.
Dibyo currently serves as the President Commissioner of PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, the largest integrated tire manufacturer in Southeast Asia that produces and markets a full range of tires and inner tubes for motorcycles, cars, commercial and heavy equipment vehicles. He is also currently the President Commissioner of PT. Indonesia Prima PropertiTbk, which is one of the leadings property groups in Indonesia that specializes in developing and managing hotels, apartments, shopping centers, office buildings and residential and resort estates, including the provision of the relevant supporting facilities.
Prior to establishing his various business interests, Dibyo was the former Chief of Indonesian Police and served in this role between 1996 and 1998. He continues to serve as the Senior Advisor to National Narcotics Board. Mr. Dibyo graduated from LEMHANAS in 1993.
Raymond Kristiadi brings an IT and operations focused skill set to the ICDX board. Raymond is a Director of Operations at PT. Artha Jasa, one of Indonesia’s largest insurance brokers. He is currently responsible for day to day operations of the company and had been given the mandate to grow the business into one of Indonesia’s most comprehensive insurance businesses. Prior to joining Artha Jasa, Raymond was the business development manager of PT. E-GOV Indonesia, a company that specializes in information technology development and consultancy for state related e-projects. During his time in E-Gov Raymond was responsible for developing new business opportunities and transforming the governments operations in a more effective e-commerce orientated manner. Raymond graduated with a management degree from the University of Jakarta.
